Cancellation terms

Please give us prior notice (officejuha@gmail.com/+972-52-6146265/+972-8622088) if you are booking for groups of five or more / are coming with children under the age of 18.

Prices are listed at tourist rates (B2, B3, & B4 visas) and do not include tax – Israeli residents will be charged an extra 17% VAT by law.

Cancellation Policy

• We will need credit card details to hold your reservation.
• At check in, we will proceed with the payment (cash, Bit or credit card).
• There will be no fee for single night reservations made for up to 5 guests & cancelled up to 48 hours or more prior to arrival,
• For cancellations made within 48 hours of the expected arrival time & no-shows, a fee of one night’s use will be charged and you will be entitled to take a rain check and re-book the room within 6 months of the original reservation.
• Groups of 6+ guests/ individuals with 2+ nights will be charged a 20% non-refundable downpayment that may be used towards a future booking within 6 months of the original reservation should your travel plans change.
